Providers
You can add and manage providers with ease.

Name
Enter the provider’s display name (max 20 characters). -
ZIP Code
Enter a five-digit ZIP (no dashes or spaces). -
County
Choose from the state-specific list (the counties automatically change based on the jurisdiction in use). -
Facility Type
Select Facility (e.g., hospitals) or Non-Facility (e.g., physician offices). -
Provider does not participate in Medicare
Check this if the provider opts out of full Medicare participation. Some healthcare professionals decide not to participate fully in Medicare. As to such providers, for services under the Physician Fee Schedule, the fee is determined by first reducing the typical fee schedule price by 5% and multiplying the result by 115%. -
Add Provider
Saves the new provider and makes it immediately available for use. -
Cancel
Returns you to the dashboard.
Required Fields
Under the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule, some procedures have a separate Medicare fee schedule for a physician’s professional services when given in a facility (such as a hospital) or a non-facility.
Generally, Medicare gives higher payments to physicians and other health care professionals for procedures performed in their offices because they must supply clinical staff, supplies, and equipment.

Existing Providers (right panel)
Use the search box or A–Z filter to locate a provider you’ve already added. Click a name to open Manage Providers for edits.
- Use the search box to quickly locate a provider by name; or
- Browse using the alphabet navigation to filter providers by their starting letter.
- Make the necessary changes and click Save Changes to update the provider.
- If you make changes but do not save, a warning will appear reminding you of unsaved changes.
- This option adjusts how the provider’s fees are calculated under the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule.
- Use this field only if the provider is officially nonparticipating.
- If a provider is tied to existing projects, you’ll see a Cannot Delete This Provider warning.
- To delete, first remove the provider from all associated projects.
Selecting a Provider
On the right-hand side of the page, you’ll see a list of Existing Providers.
Click a provider’s name to load its details into the editable fields on the left side of the page.
Editing Provider Details
Once a provider is selected, its details (such as Name, ZIP Code, County, and Facility Type) will appear in the editable form.

Medicare Participation
The form includes a checkbox labeled Provider does not participate in Medicare.

Deleting a Provider
You may delete a provider using the Delete Provider button but only if the provider is not currently in use.
Projects Using This Provider
Below the form, you’ll find a Projects Using This Provider section. This table shows all projects linked to the provider, along with key details like Project Name, File Number, ID, and Modified Date.
You can click Open to view or edit a project directly from this table.
Adding New Providers
If you need to create a new provider, use the Add New Provider button in the top-right corner. This will take you to the Add Provider page.
- The Provider dropdown lists all providers you previously added using the Add Provider page.
- The list auto-populates from your saved provider records—no need to retype names.
- Just click the dropdown and select the appropriate provider for that row.
How It Works
Tip: When adding new rows (either via the Tab key or the plus (+) icon), the provider name is automatically copied from the preceding row.
Want to Add a New Provider?
To add a provider not yet in your list, go to the Add Provider page, complete the required information, and return to the Edit Project page. Your new provider will appear in the dropdown immediately.
