REFUND POLICY

Last updated July 5, 2025

Introductory Refund Offer

We offer a one-time, introductory refund for new subscribers who cancel within three (3) calendar days of their initial subscription purchase. This refund is available for both monthly and yearly subscription plans but is limited to one refund per person, regardless of which subscription type is selected.

To request a refund, you must contact us at info@pipfee.com within three (3) calendar days of your initial subscription purchase date. The request must come from the email address associated with your account, and the subject line should include the words “Refund Request.”

We strive to respond to all refund requests within ten (10) business days. If a refund is approved, it will typically be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of approval. Submission of a request does not guarantee a refund will be issued.

Limitations and Abuse Prevention

This introductory refund is intended as a one-time courtesy to allow new users to evaluate the service with confidence. We reserve the right to deny refund requests in any instance where we reasonably believe the policy is being misused. This includes, but is not limited to, the following scenarios:

  • Attempts to obtain more than one refund per individual;
  • Use of multiple email addresses, accounts, or identities to circumvent the one-time refund limit;
  • Use of the same payment source on more than one account;
  • Any behavior that, in our sole discretion, appears to be an attempt to exploit or abuse this policy.

We may track refund requests by user account, billing information, IP address, payment source, or other means to enforce this policy. Refund eligibility is determined at our sole discretion.

Renewals and Subsequent Charges

All subscription renewals and any subsequent charges after the initial three-day period are nonrefundable, including those for monthly or yearly plans. Users are responsible for canceling their subscription before the next billing cycle if they do not wish to be charged again.
